3.5" Multi Tool Systems

The Series 700 Fabrication System operates from a laptop computer utlilising ScotSteel design and ScotRF software and includes a powered decoiler.

It provides six individual hydraulic functions that work together (cut to length, swage, notch punch, squash, rivet punch and service hole punch) accurately producing components ready for assembly.

Easy to use and transport, it’s built on a robust yet lightweight frame making it ideal for either a high volume fabrication plant or on-site job.

5.5" Multi Tool Systems

Similar to the RF700 rollformer, the RF500 series produces a C-section profile, widely used in the United Kingdom and Europe, with section widths of 90mm and 140mm. 

The system is available in 70mm, 76mm, 90mm and 140mm C-section profiles.

KFS-1622 FRAMEMAKER®

The KFS-1622, a strong, versatile, and fast roll forming machine, forms six (6) web widths and three (3) flange heights in 16 to 22 Ga steel. Speeds up to 120 feet per minute (electric/servo drive) are available.

KFD-2025 FRAMEMAKER®

The KFD-2025 Drywall Stud Machine forms non-structural studs in 5 web widths and 1 ¼-inch flange heights in 20 to 25 Ga steel. Speeds up to 120 feet per minute (electric/servo drive) are available.

De-Coiler Equipment

Our decoiler comes with a unique automatic power feed designed to supply steel to the rollformer at the required rate.

Mobile and easy to load, it eliminates the requirement for a forklift to place the steel coils onto the decoiler. You simply straddle the coil with the decoiler and the spool moves effortlessly into the coil centre.

The large diameter rubber coated wheels are designed to move over uneven surfaces and the wheel brake ensures complete safety.

2" Hat Truss System

ScotTruss is the most advanced and comprehensive light gauge steel truss system available and includes a powered decoiler, ScotTruss CNC software and Truswal design and engineering software. It’s easy to operate and adjust offering a low maintenance truss fabrication solution.

Eliminating scrap, truss components are produced directly from the coil to the assembly line. The computer controlled RF600 rollformer accurately rolls the chord/web profile through nine progressive stations. This is where the full power and efficiency of the equipment comes into play.

3" Hat Truss System

Five specific functions are hydraulically performed within the toolhead with elements cut to exact length, coped, notched and bolt holes punched to produce components ready for assembly into a completed truss.

A patented profile is used to form the truss chord and web in addition to the holes for the bolted connection.

The ScotTruss system is ideal for both high volume fabrication facilities and on-site jobs.

Containerized System

Our panelised system is ideal for building containerised factories and provides an affordable option for establishing a steel framing plant in a remote location.

Using single-phase power for the panels and three-phase power for the truss, it can be fully fitted out by Scottsdale or we can assist you with constructing one from a standard 20 foot shipping container.

Designed for the harshest environment, the system will operate seamlessly using diesel-based generators.
